Africa-Press – Angola. Sporting B lost to Ferroviário de Luanda 95-90 on Wednesday in Luanda, in a match valid for the fourth round of the National Senior Men’s Basketball Championship (dubbed Unitel Basket), Group B, played at the Dream Space pavilion in the municipality of Viana.
Also on the same day, Inter B beat ASA at the 28 de Fevereiro pavilion by 99-77, while C.A.B. de Benguela defeated Akira Academia at the Matirindindi pavilion by 93-86, Vila Clotilde B beat C.F.D. Kwanza at the Fernando Sousa pavilion 88-46, while 1o de Agosto B beat Vila Clotilde by 84-80.
Meanwhile, last Tuesday, in matches also corresponding to the fourth round, 1o de Agosto defeated Casa do Pessoal do Porto do Lobito by 103-70, in a Group A match.
In the same group, Petro de Luanda beat Petro B by 103-62 at the ISPTEC pavilion, while at Dream Space, Sporting de Luanda beat Interclube by 106-71.
For the fifth round of Group A, scheduled for Friday, the highlight is the match between 1o de Agosto and Petro de Luanda, set for 6:00 PM at the Main Pavilion of the Cidadela Sports Complex.
On the same day and time, Sporting de Luanda will face Casa do Pessoal do Porto do Lobito at the CPPL pavilion, while Interclube will play against Petro B at the 28 de Fevereiro pavilion.
