Africa-Press – Angola. Dar City of Tanzania, Petro de Luanda’s opponent in the last-but-one round, faces Al Ahly of Libya on Tuesday (31), in a game of the 3rd round of the Kalahari Conference, qualifying for the final phase of the Basketball African League (BAL).
The challenge between Tanzanians and Libyans marks the return of the tournament taking place in Pretoria (South Africa), after the break registered on Monday (30).
In the only game of the day, the Libyan team seeks its first victory in the competition, having suffered defeats against Tigers of Rwanda (95-103) and Petro de Luanda (90-104).
Dar City, on the other hand, won against Johannesburg Giants (100-70) and Nairobi City Thunder (90-85).
The Angolan representative plays again on Wednesday (01), against the Kenyan team Nairobi City Thunder.
