Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The National Electoral Commission (CNE) started, this Monday, the public contest for the recruitment and selection of members of the polling stations for the general elections of 24 August.<\/b><\/p>\n

According to a note from the CNE, the process runs until tomorrow (29). Candidates must be Angolan citizens with active electoral capacity (over 18 years of age and with up-to-date electoral registration), have at least 8th grade educational qualifications, as well as have good communication, motivation and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n

Exclusivity to develop the activity and reside in the municipality where you are running are other requirements, but having been a member of the polling station in previous elections is a preferential requirement.<\/p>\n

The documents to be sent are the copy of the Identity Card or voter card, copy of the declaration or certificate of educational qualifications and the certificate of vaccine against Covid-19.<\/p>\n

Interested parties must register via the CNE portal (www.cne.ao) and, exceptionally, in rural areas, can deliver them to the municipal electoral commissions. For those who register via the Internet, after entering the portal, access the “registration” menu, select the desired option, fill in the registration form and attach the requested documents. Subsequently, you must send the application application and then you will receive the application confirmation response in your e-mail.<\/p>\n
