“It was with deep dismay and sincere regret that I learned of the death of the former President of the Republic of Angola, engineer Jos\u00e9 Eduardo dos Santos (…) and on my own, my sincere condolences, conveying my deep feelings of regret\u201d, says Carlos Vila Nova in a message published on Facebook.<\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 Eduardo dos Santos died at the age of 79 in a clinic in Barcelona, \u200b\u200bSpain, after weeks of hospitalization.<\/p>\n
