Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The focus on the sale of national and quality products continues to be a priority of the Angomart supermarket chain, which intends to open, this year, five new stores in Luanda, Malanje and Saurimo (Lunda-Sul), to improve the offer, create more competition in the sector and more jobs.<\/b><\/p>\n

These indicators were presented by the general manager of the Noble Group, Hugo Moutinho, at the opening of store 17 of the Angomart chain.<\/p>\n

The new supermarket is located in the Kikuxi district, in Viana, and has enabled the group to generate 120 direct and indirect jobs. Hugo Moutinho said that 60 percent of the products available in the new commercial establishment, covering an area of \u200b\u200b1,500 m2, are sourced locally, with a variety of options, mostly from farms, in addition to hygiene and cleaning products.<\/p>\n

The manager said that the opening of the store reinforced his commitment to encourage production.<\/p>\n

According to Hugo Moutinho, the supermarket chain’s expansion plan will also allow for remodeling and offering a more modern and up-to-date design to the establishments.<\/p>\n

As he assured, the next establishments bring a new concept, with a privileged location and extended hours to serve the most demanding consumers, closing their doors at 10 pm.<\/p>\n

Prepaid<\/b> Card<\/p>\n

The Noble group also officially launched the Gift Card, a prepaid purchase option, with a duration of 12 months, whose acquisition is free and rechargeable with a minimum value of five thousand kwanzas. The card is accepted at more than 30 points of sale in the group’s stores. It assumes itself as one of the largest national importers, generating more than five thousand jobs, distributed in more than 94 wholesale points of sale, central warehouses, “cash and carry” and distribution vans in 14 provinces of Angola.<\/p>\n
