Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The Welwitschias Mirabilis enter, today, at 15:30, in the last week of preparation at the Cidadela National Stadium, before the trip to South Africa, where they will compete in the 10th edition of the Cosafa Cup, in Port Elizabeth.<\/b><\/p>\n

As has become a habit, warm-up exercises dominate the start of training sessions, with some runs to improve individual athletic fitness.<\/p>\n
