Archbishop Joaquim Tyombe was speaking moments before he cast his vote at the Catholic Church’s Teacher Training School.<\/p>\n

The bishop expressed happiness for having exercised a right that could contribute to the good governance of the country, adding that it is a duty of all Angolans.<\/p>\n
