Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>A total of 40 warehouses could be built in the provinces of Cuanza-Norte and Sul, Namibe, Benguela, Huambo, Bi\u00e9 and Malanje, to serve national production.<\/b><\/p>\n

The head of the Policy and Monitoring Department of the National Directorate<\/p>\n

Rural Commerce National, Joelson Tadeu, said that a public tender for the management of infrastructure will be opened shortly.<\/p>\n

The initiative being developed by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce will serve as a collection point for national production.<\/p>\n

“The pilot provinces were selected according to other programs that are being developed in these regions, such as the Project for the Development of Family Agriculture and Marketing (MOSAP), and others”, he stressed.<\/p>\n

The province of Hu\u00edla, being a region with great production capacity, was also selected for the implementation of warehouses.<\/p>\n

The warehouses will have metallic infrastructures, built in an area of \u200b\u200b500 square meters, equipped with a field store.<\/p>\n

Inside the warehouses there will also be a small micro-processing industry, in order to avoid the waste of agri-food products.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, he informed that the Ministry of Industry and Commerce developed actions that contributed to the incentive and creation of 300 cooperatives in several provinces.<\/p>\n

“Expo Kianda” brings together 40 companies from various sectors<\/p>\n

A total of 40 companies representing various productive sectors, from agriculture, agriculture, livestock, automobiles, parts, dairy, health, technology and innovation and products, manufacturing and clothing are participating in “Expo Kianda”.<\/p>\n

The event takes place from the 23rd of July, on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, until December, on the Marginal de Luanda, in front of Pal\u00e1cio de Vidro, in an area of \u200b\u200boccupancy of 13,941 square meters, and 7,946 of exhibition.<\/p>\n

Organized by the company MD Eventos, the fair aims to accelerate the flow of products from the countryside, with a view to avoiding investment losses, and promoting a sustainable business exchange .<\/p>\n

Expo Kianda is part of Presidential Decree 123\/20 of April 30 , 2022, and is aligned within the scope of the Integrated Program for the Development of Rural Commerce. As for the participation of exhibitors, the head of the Department of Policies and Monitoring of the National Directorate of Rural Trade, Joelson Tadeu, stressed that registration remains open, and the intention is to bring together the largest number of producers, businessmen and entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

Joelson Tadeu guaranteed that future purchase and direct sales contracts were registered at Expo Kianda, which has further encouraged the participation of exhibitors.<\/p>\n
