The Head of State, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o, who is accompanied by the First Lady of the Republic, Ana Dias Lourenc\u0327o, arrived at the National Assembly at around 10:50 am, passed the guard of honor and was received by the President of Parliament, Carolina Cerqueira, (the first woman in the history of the country to head the House of Laws).<\/p>\n

This is the sixth time that Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o has presented the message on the state of the nation, in line with the constitutional imperative.<\/p>\n
