The National Order of the Lion of Senegal was founded in October 1960 , the year Senegal gained its independence.<\/p>\n

The Head of State, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o, who is accompanied by the First Lady of the Republic, Ana Dias Lourenc\u0327o, is in Dakar, Senegal, where he will participate, this Monday, in the 8th International Forum on Peace and Security in Africa.<\/p>\n
