“On this date of happy memory for the people of Zambia, I express my wish that the great aspirations of Zambians for progress, development and the building of a prosperous nation, are materialized on the basis of work, with the active and patriotic participation of all Zambian citizenship”, writes the Angolan statesman.<\/p>\n

President Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o ends his letter by expressing the desire to see projects of mutual interest implemented, which favor economic growth and the well-being of the populations of Angola and Zambia.<\/p>\n
