Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The President of the Republic, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o, decreed yesterday, under the terms of the Law, after hearing the National Security Council, the promotion of commissioners and superior officers of the Criminal Investigation Service (SIC).<\/b><\/p>\n

According to the Decrees released yesterday, the Commissioner officers and superiors of the Criminal Investigation Service designated below are promoted: to the police post of Criminal Investigation Commissioner Lourenc\u0327o Ngola Kina of Criminal Investigation.<\/p>\n

They were also promoted to the rank of sub-commissioner of Criminal Investigation, designated below:<\/p>\n

Chief Superintendent of Criminal Investigation Gonc\u0327alves Anto\u0301nio Bande;<\/p>\n

Chief Superintendent of Criminal Investigation Pedro Anto\u0301nio Joa\u0303o;<\/p>\n

Chief Superintendent of Criminal Investigation Caetano Manuel Mufuma;<\/p>\n

Chief Superintendent of Criminal Investigation Paulo Ambro\u0301sio Anto\u0301nio Pereira;<\/p>\n

Chief Superintendent of Criminal Investigation Francisco Anto\u0301nio;<\/p>\n

Chief Superintendent of Criminal Investigation Nelson Henriques Monteiro.<\/p>\n

Exemptions<\/b><\/p>\n

Just yesterday, the President of the Republic decreed, under the terms of the law and after hearing the National Security Council, the dismissals of the Commissioner officers of the Criminal Investigation Service designated below:<\/p>\n

1. Criminal Investigation Commissioner Jose\u0301 Anto\u0301nio Bernardo, director of Combating Crimes Against Persons of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior;<\/p>\n

2. Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Lourenc\u0327o Ngola Kina, in the position of provincial director of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of Interior of Ui\u0301ge; 3. Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Nelson Fernandes da Costa, in the position of provincial director of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of Interior of Lunda-Norte;<\/p>\n

4. Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Domingos Sebastia\u0303o Lui\u0301s, in the position of provincial director of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of the Interior of Bie\u0301;<\/p>\n

5. Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Isaac de Assunc\u0327a\u0303o Anto\u0301nio, in the position of Director for Combating Financial and Tax Fraud Crimes of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior.<\/p>\n

6. Criminal Investigation Commissioner Anto\u0301nio Pedro Amaro Neto, in the position of director of Accident Investigation of the Criminal Investigation Service;<\/p>\n

7. Criminal Investigation Commissioner Anto\u0301nio Job de Almeida, as principal adviser to the Director General of the Criminal Investigation Service;<\/p>\n

8. Criminal Investigation Commissioner Humberto Jose\u0301 Belo Lopes Frade, in the position of Central Director of Operations of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior;<\/p>\n

9. Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Arci\u0301lio Frederico Cassoma, as advisor to the Director General of the Criminal Investigation Service;<\/p>\n

10. Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Manuel Frederico Constantino, from the position of provincial director of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of the Interior of Benguela, to which he had been appointed by Presidential Decree no. July;<\/p>\n

11. Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Oliveira da Silva Anto\u0301nio de Almeida, as advisor to the Director General of the Criminal Investigation Service, to which he had been appointed by Presidential Decree No. 202\/20, of 30 July;<\/p>\n

12. Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Jose\u0301 Vunge, provincial director of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Delegation of the Ministry of the Interior of Cuanza-Norte, to which he had been appointed by Presidential Decree No. 204\/20, of 30 July.<\/p>\n

Appointments<\/b><\/p>\n

Under the terms of the Law and after hearing the National Security Council, the President of the Republic, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o, appointed, yesterday, in a decree, the following officers of the Criminal Investigation Service (SIC):<\/p>\n

a) Criminal Investigation Commissioner Anto\u0301nio Pedro Amaro Neto, for the position of director of inspection of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior;<\/p>\n

b) Criminal Investigation Commissioner Anto\u0301nio Job de Almeida, for the position of Director of Combating Financial and Tax Fraud Crimes of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior;<\/p>\n

c) Criminal Investigation Commissioner Humberto Jose\u0301 Belo Lopes Frade, for the position of Director of Combating Organized Crime of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior;<\/p>\n

d) Criminal Investigation Commissioner Jose\u0301 Anto\u0301nio Bernardo, for the position of principal adviser to the Director General of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of Interior;<\/p>\n

e) Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Arci\u0301lio Frederico Cassoma, for the position of director of the Office of the Director General of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior;<\/p>\n

f) Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Manuel Frederico Constantino, for the position of Director of Combating Crimes Against Persons of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior;<\/p>\n

g) Criminal Investigation Sub-Commissioner Lourenc\u0327o Ngola Kina, for the position of Central Director of Operations of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior;<\/p>\n
