Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The province of Luanda will host, this Saturday, two technical meetings to mediate the conflict in the East of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), announced the President of the Republic, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWe have agreed with the DRC and Rwanda that next Saturday the Intelligence Services, both civilian and military from both countries and Angola, will meet in Luanda, to dialogue from a technical point of view about what is really happening on the ground\u201d, said Joao Lourenco.<\/p>\n

“We understand that at the moment there is no environment for the two parties to dialogue at the level of the Heads of States”, informed Wednesday, the Angolan statesman to the counterpart of Senegal, Macky Sall, at the Meeting of the Assembly of the African Union that took place in virtual format.<\/p>\n
