Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The Angolan consumer price index registered a year-on-year change of 16.68% in October, maintaining the downward trend seen since January 2022 and reaching the lowest value since December 2019.<\/b><\/p>\n

According to the quick information sheet released this Monday by the National Institute of Statistics (INE) of Angola, this variation represents a decrease of 10.19 percentage points in relation to that observed in the same month of the previous year.<\/p>\n

Comparing the current year-on-year change with the one registered in the previous month, there is a deceleration of 1.48 percentage points, according to the document.<\/p>\n

In monthly terms, the National Consumer Price Index (IPCN) recorded a variation of 0.78% between September and October 2022.<\/p>\n

Comparing the monthly changes (September to October 2022) there is a deceleration of 0.01 percentage points, while, in year-on-year terms (October 2021 to October 2022), there was a deceleration of 1.28 percentage points.<\/p>\n
