Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The new provincial director of the Criminal Investigation Service (SIC) in Ui\u0301ge, sub-commissioner Nelson Costa, presented, Tuesday, to the governor Jose\u0301 Carvalho da Rocha, to the magistrates of the Public Ministry and of the Provincial Court and to the Consultative Council of the Delegation of the Ministry of Interior, by the director general of SIC, chief commissioner of criminal investigation Anto\u0301nio Paulo Benje, promises to direct his action in the fight against violent crime.<\/b><\/p>\n

During the act of presentation to the members of the Consultative Council of the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of the Interior, which took place in the meeting room of the Provincial Command of the National Police, deputy commissioner Nelson Costa said that, from the preliminary information he obtained, he was concerned about violent crimes , such as sexual abuse and assault, homicide and smuggling of goods.<\/p>\n

“It is not easy to replace a leader of the size of Commissioner Lourenc\u0327o Ngola Kina, but I will do my best and do my best to clarify and prevent violent crime in Ui\u0301ge province, with the help of all colleagues from SIC and the Ministry Delegation of the Interior\u201d he promised.<\/p>\n

The new director of the Criminal Investigation Service added that he intends to make SIC\/Ui\u0301ge more proactive and a reference, with a view to a calm province, with a low crime rate.<\/p>\n

The general director of SIC, chief commissioner of investigation Anto\u0301nio Paulo Benje, called for the joint efforts and cohesion of all bodies of the Ministry of the Interior, aiming at guaranteeing public order and tranquillity.<\/p>\n

The provincial delegate of the Ministry of the Interior and commander of the Police, commissioner Matias dos Santos, promised to help the new director of SIC, having advised him to take into account the local culture.<\/p>\n
