Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>Angola’s plenipotentiary ambassador to the Republic of Argentina, Fidelino Peliganga, participated in a business meeting with 17 representatives of companies from the most diverse sectors, with emphasis on Industry.<\/b><\/p>\n

According to a press release from the Embassy, \u200b\u200bto which Jornal de Angola had access, the meeting took place during the holding of the forum called “Ponto de Encontro Pensa Mar del Plata 2022\/23”, which took place last Friday, in that city on the Atlantic Coast, in Argentina.<\/p>\n

The meeting promoted by the Chamber of Deputies of Buenos Aires, was attended by various social actors, with emphasis on entities from the public-private sector, NGOs and the diplomatic corps accredited in Argentina.<\/p>\n

During the forum, there was a space for reflection and debate to project the future of the city of Mar del Plata and make it sustainable and inclusive. The potentialities and opportunities existing in that locality for the world were also presented, with the aim of establishing strategic partnerships in the economic and commercial scope.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, the possibilities of opening franchises in the Angolan market were analyzed. The head of the diplomatic representation in that South American country was accompanied by the adviser and secretary of the Embassy, \u200b\u200bJose\u0301 Gongo and Wilson Figueira, respectively.<\/p>\n

“During the round of negotiations, we welcomed with interest the proposals presented, with emphasis to the National University of Mar del Plata; the companies Innova Space, Albor, Ima-Tecmar, Delsat Group, Admira and Gecogroup, for the specificities that they present that deserve a more detailed assessment for insertion in the Angolan market\u201d, reads in the document.<\/p>\n

Companies in the fishing sector, software for managing agriculture, production of clothing, sports material, tourism, machinery for processing and packaging pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and food.<\/p>\n

The construction of conventional wooden houses, for sale and export, was also appreciated by Peliganga and members of his department.<\/p>\n

Among the various companies, there is that of technological solutions, whose focus is to make long-term investments in the energy sector, in addition to being a pioneer in assistance for oil extraction in Argentina.<\/p>\n

The communique\u0301 also mentions that the participation of the Embassy was an added value, above all to know the existing potential and business opportunities, not only in Buenos Aires but in particular in the City of Mar del Plata.<\/p>\n

Likewise, the Angolan delegation took the opportunity to talk about the potential and opportunities that the Angolan market has to offer potential investors.<\/p>\n

The event had the collaboration of the local Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of the Argentine Republic, Industry and Production of Mar del Plata, the University and Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences, Union of Commerce, Pueyrredon General Town Hall, Industrial Park and the Technical Planning Foundation.<\/p>\n
