Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>Artists from different areas attended a lecture. Friday, on copyright and related rights in Angola, as well as their inclusion in the social security system in Malanje.<\/b><\/p>\n

The lecture was given by the director of the Provincial Office for Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, Fernandes Cristo\u0301va\u0303o, who on the occasion praised the participation of young artists in the event.<\/p>\n

“It is a statutory duty, but unfortunately there is no culture for our artists to pay their dues and, this is the great challenge that we also have ahead of us and we have already started to develop awareness work with the artists”, exhorted the person in charge.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the provincial delegate of the Union of Artists and Composers (UNACA), Manuel Ferreira Ina\u0301cio, underlined that the institution has around four thousand members.<\/p>\n

During the event, UNAC awarded diplomas to various collective institutions that watch over Copyright and Related Rights, with the legitimacy of representation, defense, collection and distribution of the copyrights of their members.<\/p>\n

The legal instrument (Diploma) has the seal of the National Service for Copyright and Related Rights (SENADIAC), body of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Angola.<\/p>\n
