Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>A professor of Brazilian Literature defended, this Monday, in Luanda, that the work of Agostinho Neto \u201cis not stuck in the past, it is fertile, it is not ancient and it is still in tune with current times\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n

Anelito de Oliveira was speaking during a round table, as part of the celebrations of the Centenary of the first President of Angola, under the theme “Agostinho Neto and the poetics of the Multiple”.<\/p>\n

“When reflecting on Agostinho Neto, let us think that he is an Angolan poet who sought to translate into poetry the characteristic elements of the Angolan culture and community and, with that, enriched universal literature”, said the lecturer.<\/p>\n
