Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The president of the Superior Council for the Judiciary (CSMJ), Joel Leonardo, this Friday appealed for greater speed in the processes in the family room of the courts, with a view to improving the response to applicants.<\/b><\/p>\n

The president of the Superior Council for the Judiciary (CSMJ), Joel Leonardo, made this appeal during the end-of-year greetings ceremony.<\/p>\n

Joel Leonardo defended greater dynamism in resolving issues related to the escape from paternity and family, particularly in courts where there is a growing number of these processes.<\/p>\n

As an example, the magistrate referred to cases of widows or death, whose processes are being processed in the courts to recover the amounts left and the delay in cases related to inheritance.<\/p>\n

He defended the improvement of the quality of work offered to citizens and in the technology segment.<\/p>\n

The magistrate recognized the work carried out by the courts, at the country level, during the current year, and encouraged professionals to continue to develop their crafts successfully.<\/p>\n

Presided over by the presiding judge of the Supreme Court, the Superior Council for the Judiciary is responsible for the management and discipline of judicial magistrates.<\/p>\n
