The information was released on the page of the Angolan Presidency on the Facebook social network, adding that the Angolan Head of State, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o, spoke with his DRC counterpart, Fe\u0301lix Tshisekedi, from Brasi\u0301lia (Brazil), where he is on a work mission. .<\/p>\n

– Normalization of political and diplomatic relations between the DRC and Rwanda,<\/p>\n

– Immediate cessation of hostilities.<\/p>\n

– Creation of an Ad-hoc Observation Mechanism, led by an Angolan general to monitor compliance with agreements<\/p>\n

– Immediate withdrawal from positions occupied by the M23 in Congolese territory, in accordance with the final communique\u0301 from Nairobi.<\/p>\n

– Creation of conditions for the return of refugees,<\/p>\n

– Reactivation of the joint intelligence team to define the practical modalities and the program to fight the FDRL, in coordination with the presidency of the CIRGL and the Nairobi Process.<\/p>\n

– Creation of regional mechanisms to combat the illicit exploitation of natural resources in the region, with emphasis on the territory of the DRC.<\/p>\n
