Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The President-elect of Brazil, Lula da Silva, takes office, this Sunday, in the presence of delegations from over 60 countries, including Angola, represented by the Head of State, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o.<\/b><\/p>\n

The official programme, mentions that the ceremony will have the traditional car parade of the President-elect at the Esplanada dos Ministe\u0301rios.<\/p>\n

The document states that the act will be marked by three moments. The first in the National Congress (Parliament). The second at the Presidential Palace (Pala\u0301cio do Planalto) and the third at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Itamaraty).<\/p>\n

Contrary to custom, the passage of the presidential sash to Lula da Silva will be made by an authority to be announced, since the former president, Jair Bolsonaro, is in the United States of America.<\/p>\n

As for the composition of the new government, it should have 37 ministries. Eleven of the ministerial departments will be led by women, five by black people and one by indigenous people.<\/p>\n
