Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The Italian oil company, Eni, appointed, Friday (4), Guildo Brusco to the post of director general for natural resources, replacing Alessandro Piuliti, who ends his contractual relationship with the company.<\/b><\/p>\n

In a statement, the multinational thanks the excellent contribution of Alessandro Puliti in the development of traditional energy sources in the context of the reduction of polluting gas emissions and decarbonization, during the last years, fundamental for the strategy of the energy transition process underway at the company Eni .<\/p>\n

“Based on the statements made by Guildo Brusco, the Board of Directors confirms its full aptitude and requirements required by current legislation”, indicates the document to which Jornal de Angola had access.<\/p>\n

The decision was made on the basis of a succession plan prepared by the Board of Directors, after having consulted the National Committee, on a proposal from the executive chairman and in agreement with the chairman, in accordance with Eni’s regulations.
\nGuido Brusco has been Eni’s upstream director since 2020.<\/p>\n
