Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The bodies under the Ministry of the Interior are committed to working with civil society in the implementation of social moralization actions, for the reduction of anti-social practices, said Saturday, minister Euge\u0301nio Laborinho.<\/b><\/p>\n

The moralization actions aim to reduce the crimes of theft, theft, physical aggression, vandalism of public goods, among other anti-social practices, according to the official.<\/p>\n

The interior minister was speaking at the National Forum for the Mobilization of Civil Society, promoted by the Solidarity Movement of Angola (Movangola), in reference to the 10th anniversary of this organization, having highlighted, among the partners, churches and traditional authorities.<\/p>\n

He considered Movangola as a strategic partner of the Ministry of the Interior in actions to improve society’s morale.<\/p>\n

According to Euge\u0301nio Laborinho, defense and security bodies, with emphasis on the National Police, will identify the best policies and levels of citizen collaboration in denouncing anti-social practices.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, the president of Movangola, Alcino Sawanga, highlighted the carrying out of social moralization actions throughout the country, having added that social harmonization and tranquility of spirits are part of the gains of peace in Angola, conquered in 2002.<\/p>\n

The moralization program includes lectures, colloquiums, debates and the distribution of booklets on the subject in places of high population concentration.<\/p>\n

The forum runs from the 21st to the 25th of the current month, with the participation of young people, representatives of churches, traditional authorities, among others.<\/p>\n
