Another of the issues clarified, during the discussion of the OGE in the specialty, was related to a debt claimed by the workers of the Red Cross of Angola, allegedly valued at more than 900 million kwanzas.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, however, the Minister of Health, Si\u0301lvia Lutucuta, made a point of clarifying that the institution does not depend on the Ministry of Health, which is why it is not a budgeted unit.<\/p>\n
