Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The chief prosecutor of the prosecution in Namibe, Eugenio Soneya, promised, this Tuesday, in Moc\u0327a\u0302medes, to speed up the processes of administrative transgressions, legalizing summary judgment for coercive collection.<\/b><\/p>\n

The magistrate of the Public Ministry who was speaking during the methodological meeting with municipal administrators and other managers, reiterated that he will articulate mechanisms for charging fines to transgressors, as well as reversing seized assets in favor of the State.<\/p>\n

Eugenio Soneya justified the need to maintain this method due to the concern shown by the Moc\u0327a\u0302medes administration to know the outcome of the transgression processes translated into the application of ongoing fines to the transgressors, giving them the deadline for due settlement.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe receive all the processes from the administration, we send them to the court for the effect of coercive collection, at this moment there is a need to align new mechanisms of action, how to instruct a transgression process, what are the necessary elements to include for better outcome and application of fines\u201d, he said.<\/p>\n

The person in charge, who did not mention the number of transgression processes received during the year just ended, made it known that the city of Moc\u0327amedes has been showing demographic growth with the presence of constructions in all neighborhoods and that many of them are accompanied by an illegal act such as the lack of a license or construction in inappropriate places or even in risk areas.<\/p>\n

He also said that the infractions included the sale of medicines with an expired validity period, health issues in commercial establishments and restaurants, situations that translate into administrative transgressions, broken down rolling stock and parked on public roads, among others.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, the administrator of the municipality of Moc\u0327amedes, Abel Kapitango, underlined that for better organization and urbanization it is necessary to discipline the citizen with coercive measures, making the law feel, especially in the sanctions for transgressions that have greatly compromised basic sanitation, placing solid waste in the places not appropriate .<\/p>\n
