Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>Two African teams will participate from February 1st to 11th, in the Kingdom of Morocco, in the 2023 International Football Federation (FIFA) Club World Cup.<\/b><\/p>\n

This is Al Ahly from Egypt and Wydad from Casablanca (Morocco), in the competition that also includes the presence of Auckland City (New Zealand), Settle Sounders (USA), Al Hilal (Saudi Arabia), Flamengo (Brazil) and Real Madrid of Spain.<\/p>\n

Flamengo (Brazil \u2013 champion of South America)<\/p>\n

Real Madrid (Spain \u2013 champions of Europe)<\/p>\n

Seattle Sounders (USA \u2013 Concacaf champions)<\/p>\n

Wydad Casablanca (Morocco – host country)<\/p>\n

Al Ahly (Egypt \u2013 African Champion)<\/p>\n

Auckland City (New Zealand \u2013 Oceania champions)<\/p>\n

Al Hilal (Saudi Arabia \u2013 Asia Champion)<\/p>\n

It should be noted that Al Ahly was runner-up in the African Champions League, but won the place due to the champion, Wydad Casablanca, being the representative of the host country.<\/p>\n

Al Hilal is the representative of Asia for having won the championship of its continent in 2021. The 2022 edition will only be decided in 2023, after this World Cup.<\/p>\n
