Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The King of Spain, Felipe VI, considered Tuesday, the Spanish community “a special component and the best expression of friendship and cooperation” with Angola.<\/b><\/p>\n

The Spanish monarch was speaking at a meeting with representatives of the Spanish community in Angola, as part of the three-day state visit to the country, at the invitation of the President of the Republic, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Accompanied by Queen Letizia, King Felipe VI encouraged his compatriots to increasingly contribute to closer political and economic relations with Angola.<\/p>\n

King Felipe VI hopes that each and every Spaniard, whether of a religious, business, cultural or social vocation, will contribute decisively to the good image of Spain in Angola, translated into the affection that is felt.<\/p>\n

He valued the performance for the internationalization of Spanish companies and the diplomatic corps in the proximity between the two states, even in difficult moments.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, the president of the Spanish confederation of business organisations, Anto\u0301nio Garamendi, said that this visit represents support at the highest level from the Spanish State to the business sector operating in Angola, which includes around two hundred companies.<\/p>\n

Anto\u0301nio Garamendi referred that new investment opportunities are opening up in various areas, through the installation of companies in Angolan territory, favored by the political and economic environment between the two States.<\/p>\n

Engineer Adriano Rodrigrez, who works for an electrical infrastructure company, believes there is a fruitful framework for moving towards renewable energies.<\/p>\n

He considers the presence of the King a comfort for the Spanish business community in Angola.<\/p>\n

ELECNOR’s production director, Franscico Vasquez, who has been in Angola since 2014 and is married to an Angolan woman, said that the King’s visit provides greater guarantees to Spanish business and an opportunity for Angolans to do business in Spain.<\/p>\n

Born in Madrid, Mother Emiliana Moralles revealed that she had heard words of encouragement for the charitable service carried out by the religious, essentially without material compensation.<\/p>\n

The director of job site Jobartis, Luis Verdeja, said that his company, created in 2013, probes the availability of jobs, mostly in the fields of engineering and administrative services.<\/p>\n
