Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The joint secretary of UNITA in the municipality of Caa\u0301la, Huambo province, Jeremias Cachichila, defended Saturday, the implementation of ethical, robust solutions capable of promoting the socio-economic development of communities, in a coherent and participatory manner.<\/b><\/p>\n

The party member, who was speaking at a press conference, said that such a strategy would help communities prosper, reduce regional asymmetries and strengthen democratic principles, with coexistence in diversity at all levels.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is important that all political parties with parliamentary seats help create conditions aimed at the well-being of the population, in addition to being open to dialogue, with a view to strengthening national unity\u201d, he said.<\/p>\n

Jeremias Cachichila said that the National Police continue to do an \u201cexcellent job\u201d in the field of combating crime, but should increasingly reinforce patrolling in communities where, possibly, there have been situations of political intolerance.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, the politician advised the administrative authorities of Caa\u0301la to create conditions to reinforce agricultural production, with the aim of increasing productivity levels and, consequently, reducing poverty in the communities.<\/p>\n
