Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>A delegation from the Ministry of National Defence, Former Combatants and Veterans of the Fatherland will participate, tomorrow, in Kinshasa, in the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Economic Community of Central African States (CEEAC).<\/b><\/p>\n

The Angolan delegation, which on Sunday was part of the meeting of ministers of the Central African Peace and Security Council (COPAX), in preparation for the ECCAS Council of Ministers, is headed by General Jose\u0301 Maria Lima, Secretary of State for National Defense .<\/p>\n

The meeting will be chaired by Didier Mazenga Muianzu, Minister of Regional Integration and Francophonie of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and acting President of the Council of Ministers of the Economic Community of Central African States (CEEAC).<\/p>\n

The interventions of the Commissioner for Political Affairs, Peace and Security, Mangaral Bante\u0301, on behalf of the President of the ECCAS Commission, and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Interior, Security, Decentralization and Customary Affairs of the DRC, Daniel Aselo Okito Wa Koy, marked the opening ceremony of the working day.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, recommendations were adopted by the Chiefs of the General Staff, Police Commanders, senior officials of the Ministerial Departments for Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration and External Relations, on the draft protocol on the ECCAS Sustainable Blue Economy Development Strategy , as well as the rise of the Regional Center for Multinational Security in Central Africa (CRESMAC).<\/p>\n

The Angolan delegation in the DRC also includes the Secretary of State for the Interior, Jose\u0301 Paulino Cunha da Silva, national director of the Exchange and Cooperation Office of the Ministry of the Interior, Jose\u0301 Dembi, deputy national director for International Relations of the National Directorate of Defense Policy, Brigadier Jose\u0301 Catumbela, as well as counselor Elsa Bravo da Rosa, focal point for ECCAS, the Africa and Middle East and Regional Organizations Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n
