Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The vice-governor of the province of Luanda for the political and social sector, Manuel Gonc\u0327alves, considered, Tuesday, culture as a productive and independent branch for restoration, which can be a source of tax collection for the State coffer .<\/b><\/p>\n

During the activity, athletes, youth and fashion blocks, as well as groups from this area that were present on the Luanda waterfront, such as Unia\u0303o Njinga a Mbandi, Twabixila and Juventude do Capalanga, paraded.<\/p>\n
