Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The Angolan Head of State, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o, congratulated, this Monday, Xi Jinping, on his recent re-election as President of the People’s Republic of China.<\/b><\/p>\n

Xi Jinping was re-elected Friday for a third term as President of China, after Parliament unanimously voted for him to remain in office.<\/p>\n

In the message, President Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o expressed congratulations to his Chinese counterpart on behalf of the Angolan Executive and his own.<\/p>\n

According to the Angolan statesman, the reappointment of President Xi Jinping “to such a high position” is the reaffirmation of the trust deposited by the entire Chinese society.<\/p>\n

He refers that the trust deposited by the Chinese people is in recognition of the “great role” that President Xi Jinping has been playing in the framework of the construction of modern China, committed to expanding and consolidating the achievements achieved in the economic and social field.<\/p>\n

President Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o expressed “full conviction” that in this new mandate at the head of the destinies of the People’s Republic of China, the Chinese statesman will pursue policies aimed at building a world of peace and security, in which a geostrategic balance prevails.<\/p>\n

According to the Angolan Head of State, this is “a geostrategic balance capable of guaranteeing global stability and the interaction of all the nations of our planet, for the benefit of safeguarding the different interests of the peoples and nations of the world”.<\/p>\n

I express to you, on this occasion, continues the message, our certainty that the cooperation relations between the Republic of Angola and the People’s Republic of China will continue to grow closer and generate development factors capable of creating significant reciprocal advantages and benefits .<\/p>\n

In the missive to President Xi Jinping, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o reiterated the wishes of “many successes” in the performance of the “noble mission”, as well as those of “great health and personal well-being”.<\/p>\n
