Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The President of the Republic, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o, appointed this Thursday, by order, the Board of Directors of the Company Caminho-de-Ferro de Luanda, EP, chaired by Manuel Anto\u0301nio Kanda Kanda.<\/b><\/p>\n

Invoking service convenience, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o appointed Manuel Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o (for Technical Area), Luzia Vanessa Correia da Costa Cravid (Financial Area) and Daniel Joa\u0303o Quipaxe (Non-Executive) as directors.<\/p>\n

Earlier, it ended the mandate of the previous Board of Directors of Empresa do Caminho-de-Ferro de Luanda, EP, which had Ju\u0301lio Bango Joaquim as chairman.<\/p>\n

The aforementioned board included Manuel Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o (Technical Area), Judite Armando Pereira (Non-Executive) as administrators.<\/p>\n

Even today, the Angolan Head of State exonerated, by order, Daniel Joa\u0303o Quipaxe from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Moc\u0327a\u0302medes Railway Company, EP, a position to which he had been appointed by Presidential Decree no. 338\/17, of December 20th.<\/p>\n

Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o appointed, under the terms of the Law and for the convenience of public service, Anto\u0301nio Coelho Fernandes da Cruz as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Empresa do Caminho-de-Ferro de Moc\u0327a\u0302medes-EP.<\/p>\n

Also today, the term of office of the Board of Directors of Empresa Portua\u0301ria de Luanda, EP, chaired by Alberto Anto\u0301nio Bengue, comprising the directors Willy Lucti Maio Guimara\u0303es (Executive), Miguel Marcos Vidal Pipa (Executive), Hora\u0301cio Jose\u0301 V. de Macedo Feijo\u0301 (Executive), Anibal Anto\u0301nio Vuma (Executive), Justino Jose\u0301 Fernandes (Non-Executive) and Joa\u0303o de Oliveira Barradas (Non-Executive).<\/p>\n

To integrate the Board of Directors of Empresa Portua\u0301ria de Luanda, EP, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o appointed, for convenience of service, Alberto Anto\u0301nio Bengue, as chairman, and the directors Willy Lucti Maio Guimara\u0303es (Executive), Ani\u0301bal Anto\u0301nio Vuma (Executive), Joa\u0303o Gaspar de Sousa Fernandes (Executive), Pedro Valentim Dozi (Executive), Ma\u0301rio Miguel Domingues (Non-Executive) and Manuel Augusto Ce\u0301sar Ferreira (Non-Executive).<\/p>\n

The Chairman also appointed Anto\u0301nio Capewa Caliangula to join the board of directors of Empresa Portua\u0301ria do Lobito, EP, as a non-executive director.<\/p>\n

In another order, President Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o exonerated the Board of Directors of Sociedade Gestora de Aeroportos SGA \u2013 SA, composed of Ma\u0301rio Miguel Domingues (president), Nataniel Alberto dos Santos Domingos (president of the Executive Committee), Anto\u0301nio Cristo\u0301va\u0303o Manuel (executive director) , Helsio Mauro Ribeiro Epalanga (Executive Director) and N \u0301jinga Nerica Pimentel Pitta-Gro\u0301s (Executive Director).<\/p>\n

The outgoing board also included the non-executive directors Manuel Gomes, He\u0301lder Marques Nunes da Silva, Jose\u0301 Tavares Baptista Vena\u0302ncio and Marcelino Cristo\u0301va\u0303o Bronzeia Franco.<\/p>\n
