Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>Angola and Cuba will, from now on, disseminate research on the life and work of the political leaders of both countries with greater regularity, as a result of the signing, this Thursday, in Luanda, of an agreement between the Anto\u0301nio Agostinho Neto Memorial and the Fidel de Castro Cultural Center of Cuba.<\/b><\/p>\n

The agreement aims at greater collaboration with publications of works, lectures and conferences, disseminating the historic revolution of Agostinho Neto and Fidel Castro to the new generation.<\/p>\n

For the Memory Anto\u0301nio Agostinho Neto signed its general director, Anto\u0301nio Fonseca, for whom the agreement will allow historical dissemination, scientific and cultural exchange.<\/p>\n

He said that he will also facilitate the increase of research and the dissemination of the life and work of the leaders of the Angolan and Cuban revolution and transmit to the new generations the values \u200b\u200bthat they cultivated.<\/p>\n

“Cuba has always been on Angola’s side and both have generated information that is dispersed and needs to be gathered for the historiography of the two states”, he stated.<\/p>\n

The counter-signature will be made in Cuba, by the director of the Fidel Castro Cultural Centre, however, the act on the Angolan side was witnessed by the Cuban ambassador to Angola, Esther Armenteros.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, the diplomat showed satisfaction with the fact that both institutions have the same objective, that of preserving the memory of the two leaders.<\/p>\n

“May it be the beginning of an effective collaboration”, he asserted.<\/p>\n
