Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>Angolan airlines TAAG and Brazilian airline GOL signed a Codeshare agreement to boost passenger traffic between Latin America, Africa and Europe, through the hub in Sa\u0303o Paulo (Brazil) and Luanda (Angola).<\/b><\/p>\n

According to a press release sent Monday, the codeshare agreement allows the two companies to sell tickets, including the partner’s destinations, increase network coverage and collaborate with the sales force, in a “win-win” partnership. wins\u201d.<\/p>\n

In turn, GOL’s Vice President of Revenue, Eduardo Bernardes, highlighted the signing of the agreement, stressing that it will help expand the alternative destinations for the Brazilian company’s customers to dozens of African cities.<\/p>\n

He added that GOL customers will be able to leave all Brazilian bases, depart for Guarulhos (Brazil) and continue to Luanda (Angola).<\/p>\n

TAAG currently operates five weekly flights to Sa\u0303o Paulo\/Luanda, operated by a Boening 777-300 aircraft.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1938, based in Luanda, the national flag carrier has been connecting Angolans through domestic and international connections.<\/p>\n
