Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>Twenty-five exhibitors, including inventors and creatives, will participate, this Saturday, in the 2nd edition of the Technological Innovation Fair, promoted by the Technological Center of Ui\u0301ge (CFTU), in collaboration with the Association of Young Volunteers Entrepreneurs of Computer Engineering (AJVEEI ).<\/b><\/p>\n

The 1st edition, held in 2022, had the participation of 16 exhibitors, from the provinces of Ui\u0301ge and Luanda.<\/p>\n

The event, which takes place under the motto \u201cUi\u0301ge – more technologies, more development\u201d, has 20 exhibitors from Ui\u0301ge province and five from the Luanda Information Technology Institute (ITEL).<\/p>\n

Speaking at the event, the director of the Technological Center of Ui\u0301ge, Virgi\u0301lio Cordeiro Joa\u0303o, referred that the initiative aims to discover talent and promote interest in the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in the region.<\/p>\n

In her speech, the deputy governor for the Political, Social and Economic Sector in Ui\u0301ge, So\u0301nia Arlete, considered holding the fair a bet by Ui\u0301ge province on the new era of ICTs.<\/p>\n

For this reason, he appealed to the region’s citizens to invest in training courses given at the Technological Center of Ui\u0301ge and, in the future, contribute to the development of the province.<\/p>\n

Installed two years ago, the Ui\u0301ge Technology Center has already trained 1,200 young people in computer courses, PABx-VoIP Telephone Exchanges, Cyber \u200b\u200bOps Associate, Digital Marketing, Internet Social Network Management, electricity, renewable energies and other areas.<\/p>\n
