Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>Portuguese speakers in Turkey gathered this Sunday to celebrate the date that symbolizes the union of the diversity of CPLP member countries, in a Piano concert by Trio Erol Erdinc\u0327. <\/b><\/p>\n

The cultural moment began with the interpretation of the song \u201cMama\u0303 Terra\u201d by Rui Mingas, played by pianist Erol Erdinc\u0327, in a gesture of appreciation of Angolan classics. Exhibitions followed with the Trio Erol Erdinc\u0327- Pianist, Ceren Temel-vocalist and Burak Karaagac\u0327-bassist.<\/p>\n

The program also included tasting delicacies from the respective countries, from Angola there was no shortage of mu\u0301kua juice, much appreciated, and other kitutes, which made it possible to better understand the richness existing in the CPLP.<\/p>\n

By the way, the first secretary of the Angolan embassy in Russia, Klieston Anto\u0301nio, spoke about the development of the community over the years, the role of Angola with the capital of culture of the CPLP, in Luanda, as an anchor for the reinforcement of historical ties , the promotion of diversity, the projection of the mobility of cultural agents and the circulation of cultural services, as an important means of bringing peoples and international organizations closer together.<\/p>\n

Klieston Anto\u0301nio stressed that \u201cthe capital of Culture of the CPLP, as a space for meeting and promoting the diversity of cultural expressions, is projected as a unique forum for dialogue and sharing of information, experiences and good practices on projects, activities and multidisciplinary cultural programs, which favor the emergence of joint reflections and lines of action for the future\u201d.<\/p>\n

The diplomat also highlighted the economic potential of the community, due to the geopolitical factor, as a diplomatic, cultural and economic platform that translates into international attraction by other countries and international organizations, which have shown interest in the Organization, becoming Associate Observers (OA), in a total of 32 at the moment, with Turkey being one of the observers, with a growing tendency due to the expressions of interest that have reached the Executive Secretary of the CPLP.<\/p>\n

Klieston Anto\u0301nio made it known that the Angolan presidency of the CPLP for the 2021-2023 biennium elected Economic Cooperation as a priority, included as a general objective in the CPLP statutes through the Resolution approved at the XVI Extraordinary Meeting of the CPLP Council of Ministers, held last day March, 27 th.<\/p>\n

Klieston Anto\u0301nio referred to the Portuguese language as a vital tool for business in the community and a way to promote development, the creation of investment opportunities for the economic and social improvement of peoples.<\/p>\n

From Portugal, Minister Counsellor, Joa\u0303o Azevedo, took the opportunity to present an excerpt from a text on inheritance and thank the other members for their collaboration in celebrating the language day.<\/p>\n
