Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>A training and knowledge exchange partnership in sports was signed Thursday, in this city, between Clube Desportivo da Hui\u0301la (CDH) and Sporting Clube de Braga, from Portugal.<\/b><\/p>\n

The protocol was signed between both parties after an audience given by the governor of Hui\u0301la to the president of the Portuguese club, Anto\u0301nio Salvador and his entourage.<\/p>\n

Speaking about the partnership, the president of Braga, Anto\u0301nio Salvador, said that investment in competent staff is important, which is why they celebrated the agreement that focuses only on Hui\u0301la.<\/p>\n

He said that the idea is for the CDH to later be able to have players from all over the country, since they have conditions for teaching and training, as well as competent staff for the evolution of sport in the province.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are going to bring our knowledge here, exchange staff to be able to train other people at the club, take athletes to Braga to be trained and have the possibility of reaching the main team\u201d, he continued.<\/p>\n

Anto\u0301nio salvador said that the idea is to still be able to loan players from Braga to the CDH so that they can improve the squad, as Angolans have a lot of talent in football and there are possibilities of having players from Hui\u0301la playing in their club over time.<\/p>\n

He stressed that his club believes it has the knowledge, capacity, methods and human resources to support the development of Angolan football and allow its evolution along with local structures.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe chose Hui\u0301la because it has leaders, partners like Omatapalo who challenged them. We analyzed and saw that the leaders have a vision of the future of sport in the province and that it follows that of Sporting Clube de Braga in its expansion. It has geographic and climatic conditions very close to ours, producing athletes and players more qualified for European sport\u201d, he justified.<\/p>\n

In turn, the director general of the CDH, Carlos Manuel declared that the partnership does not last long and initially there will be no funding, however, they will receive training from Braga, visits to exchange experiences to improve local sport.<\/p>\n

\u201cRight now we need training for coaches, because coaching children is not the same thing as adults, talent is innate, but we don’t have the knowledge of football as such, both coaches and players\u201d, he explained.<\/p>\n

In the same vein, the governor of Hui\u0301la, Nuno Mahapi, who invited the “Arsenalistas”, referred that the difficulty of sport in the province continues to be the basis, so the search for experience from abroad, from reputable clubs, helps to grow modality.<\/p>\n

He advanced that if you want to start fighting for titles, the important thing is to invest in man first so that the next generations that integrate the CDH have all the base training component, with regard to the introduction and knowledge of sport.<\/p>\n

He stressed that with the partnership, they will be able, in the long term, to have a strong club that can export players and thus play in more developed competitions inside and outside the country.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, Nuno Mahapi presented the project for the High Performance Center in the province to attract both internal and external investment.<\/p>\n

Anto\u0301nio Salvador is on a three-day visit to Hui\u0301la, at the invitation of the Provincial Government, to identify possible partnership areas, starting with local sport.<\/p>\n

After receiving the Government of Hui\u0301la, the president of the Portuguese club and his entourage visited the fields of Senhora do Monte, training camps for the Regiment, the Air Force and the possible Internship Center of Desportivo da Hui\u0301la, as well as holding a meeting with the CDH.<\/p>\n

Sporting Clube de Braga is a multi-sport club founded on January 19, 1921 in the city of Bishops, north of Lisbon.
