Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The Portuguese coach Alexandre Santos, having won for the second consecutive year the title of national football champion (Girabola2022\/23) with Petro de Luanda, equals his compatriot Bernardino Pedroto in the “bis”.<\/b><\/p>\n

Coach Alexandre Santos, who is in his second season at the service of oil companies, broke, in the 2021\/2022 season, his 10-year \u201cfast\u201d without winning the biggest competition in Angolan football.<\/p>\n

Replacing the Angolan Mateus Agostinho \u201cBodunha\u201d, at the head of the team, in his debut year, in addition to winning Girabola, he won the Angola Cup, and reached the semi-finals of the African Champions League.<\/p>\n

The first title of the oil sector took place in 1982, under the technical command of the Brazilian Anto\u0301nio Clemente.<\/p>\n

The Brazilian Jorge Ferreira, entered the accounts, in 1997, and his compatriot Djalma Cavalcanti, in 2000 and 2001. The Portuguese Bernardino Pedro won in 2008 and 2009.<\/p>\n

The formation of the \u201ccateta\u0303o\u201d crossed the period of a decade without any conquest of the first division. With this consecration, in total, Petro is the most successful Girabola (17), following its arch-rival, 1o de Agosto (13).<\/p>\n
