Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>National public and private institutions in the field of agriculture, with emphasis on the National Coffee Institute (INCA), will participate, from the 20th to the 26th of this month, in the 90th International Agricultural Fair, in Serbia.<\/b><\/p>\n

The event promoted by the Angola-Serbia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with the support of the Angolan Embassy in the Republic of Serbia, aims to show the agro-industrial potential of the various participating countries, such as Italy, special guest, Spain, China, India, Indonesia, New Zealand, Poland, Russia, Romania, Turkey, among others, as well as Serbian companies and institutes.<\/p>\n

Also part of the Angolan delegation are, among others, Cooperativa Agri\u0301cola Kudissangesa, Grupo Agroalimentar Sonaplus and Dapsons Gesta\u0303o Agroindustrial.<\/p>\n

In addition to participating and exhibiting at the Fair, Angolan businessmen will participate in the \u201cCafe\u0301 de Angola Connecting the World’s Cultures\u201d, an initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Angola and which, for the first time, will be exhibited in Serbia.<\/p>\n

According to the president of the Angola-Se\u0301rivia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Massunga Henriques, the aim is to promote Angola’s good image abroad and attract investment and tourists to the domestic market.<\/p>\n

He referred that Angola’s participation in this event has an important significance, as it takes place at a time when the commitment and dedication of the President of the Republic, Joa\u0303o Lourenc\u0327o, in economic diplomacy, with the aim of attracting investors to the country, has been highlighted.<\/p>\n

As part of the commemorations of the centenary of the Fair, the latest technical and technological achievements in agriculture, the application of science in agriculture, exhibitions of organic food and the most modern agricultural machinery will be presented.<\/p>\n

They also intend to show products and services from the most remote corners of the world, seeds, crop protection, animal breeding and feed, food processing, packaging solutions and renewable energies in agriculture.<\/p>\n

This is one of the largest and most important agricultural fairs in southeastern Europe and brings together significant players in agribusiness and representatives of the economic sectors that depend on agriculture in the world every year.<\/p>\n

For the official, with around 58 million of arable land, Angola has the potential to become one of the leading agribusiness countries on the African continent.<\/p>\n
