Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The National Youth Council (CNJ) defended the promotion of fiscal incentives to encourage youth entrepreneurship in the country.<\/b><\/p>\n

That position was defended this Tuesday by the vice-president of the CNJ, Sebastia\u0303o Jaca Mauri\u0301cio, during a workshop on the National Youth Plan and Sustainable Development Goals, held in Luena, Moxico province.<\/p>\n

At the meeting, which brought together young people from different areas of society in the region, he reiterated that the State has the obligation to promote policies and adopt legal instruments to encourage companies and other employers, with a view to securing the first job for young people recently graduated in the various institutions.<\/p>\n

Jaca Mauri\u0301cio also defended the continuous promotion of young people’s participation in the country’s decision-making bodies.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, the associative leader encouraged the youth to guide the promotion of the culture of work, as it is an important instrument for the development of the country, as well as the defense of the identity and the historical-cultural tradition of the country.<\/p>\n

“We have an obligation to participate in the economic development of the country, with creative and innovative ideas”, he maintained.<\/p>\n

The CNJ’s secretary for projects and programs, Andre\u0301 de Arau\u0301jo, when talking about entrepreneurship and its impact on women’s empowerment, encouraged youth to make better use of technological resources to promote business in the community.<\/p>\n

The National Youth Council is a non-partisan platform, constituting a space for consultation, coordination and concertation between youth organizations from different social sectors.<\/p>\n
