Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The first secretary of the MPLA in Moxico, Ernesto Muangala, said this Friday in Luena that social projects are under way in the region that could mitigate the problem of unemployment, mainly among the youth.<\/b><\/p>\n

The provincial governor, who was also speaking during a consultation meeting with the heads of the directorates of the JMLA nuclei and sections of the OMA, said that many engineering projects in the province could guarantee jobs for the population.<\/p>\n

Ernesto Muangala, who responded to various concerns raised by the militants of this political force, pointed to the construction works of intermunicipal roads, containment of ravines, as well as railway projects, as a measure by the Executive that could reduce unemployment.<\/p>\n

Allied to these projects, the politician said that the Government will announce public tenders in the Education and Health sectors throughout this year, to allow the hiring of more staff to reinforce the civil service.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are going to create conditions for roads, energy and water, to attract more investors to be able to employ our young people, because the government will not be able to employ everyone\u201d, he reinforced.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, the militant Isidoro Cassemene defended the commitment to youth entrepreneurship and the improvement of basic sanitation in the city of Luena.<\/p>\n

In the same perspective, activist Teresa Domingas requested the expansion of electricity distribution on the outskirts of Luena, as well as the implementation of concrete measures to reduce inflation of basic basket products.<\/p>\n

The militant Benedito Massumba, on the other hand, asked for greater attention in the field of Education, with the construction of a provincial media library to meet the needs of the student community, as well as the expansion of scholarship programs.<\/p>\n
