Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>Training on code of conduct, ethics and professional deontology is being promoted by the Angolan Women’s Organization (OMA) in Moxico, with a view to training the organisation’s militants.<\/b><\/p>\n

During the training action, which opened this Thursday, in Luena, Moxico province, lasting two days, the militants will also deepen matters on the organization’s regulations, the plan for carrying out mandates from the grassroots structures, among others. .<\/p>\n

According to OMA’s provincial secretary in Moxico, Teresa Mulumbila, the training essentially aims to train the organization’s leaders and staff, as well as evaluate the result of the work carried out in the last two years, in order to reinforce cohesion and unity within this party structure.<\/p>\n

The party leader highlighted the organization’s growth, stating that it currently has more than 11,000 militants, framed in 2,344 base sections and 157 action committees.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, the secretary of the administration and finance department of the Provincial Committee of the MPLA, Cla\u0301udia Maria, encouraged the training of this party’s staff, with a view to being equipped with the necessary tools, given the demands of the social and political context of the country.<\/p>\n

Recommended the need for party militants to mobilize other women to join the ranks of this organization, with a view to expanding its base, allowing a better response to the challenges of the present and the future.<\/p>\n
