Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>Two hundred and 47 is the number of pensioners controlled by the Provincial Delegation of Zaire of the Ministry of the Interior (MININT) entitled to retirement and survival subsidies.<\/b><\/p>\n

The data were revealed this Thursday, in Mbanza Kongo, by the director of the Criminal Investigation Service (SIC) in the region, superintendent Armindo Domingos Capapa Agostinho.<\/p>\n

Of the number of pensioners, underlined the official, 161 receive the retirement subsidy and another 86 the survivor’s pension.<\/p>\n

The official was speaking, on behalf of the MININT provincial delegate, at the opening of the seminar on the instruction of retirement and survival pension processes, aimed at human resources specialists in the sector in the province.<\/p>\n

During two days, participants will be equipped with useful knowledge that will allow the processing of reform and survival processes quickly and with less complexity.<\/p>\n

The seminar is addressing themes related to the \u201cjudicial-legal system in Angola, structuring of social protection diplomas, civil and criminal liability for non-provision of discounts, execution and periodic evaluation of the general legal system, among other issues.<\/p>\n

Technicians from the local MININT Social Protection Fund are guiding the referred refreshment action, the first of its kind this year.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, the provincial director of the Caixa de Protecc\u0327a\u0303o Social of MININT, superintendent Victor Victorino Paixa\u0303o, said that there is concern about complaints that come from spouses in a de facto union, when the death of a partner is registered, limiting the widow to benefit from the pension. .<\/p>\n

He informed that work was being done with the legal office of the Provincial Command of the National Police, in order to intervene in communion with the local court to assist widows in obtaining this pension given only to their children.<\/p>\n

He made it known that widows over 50 years of age and disabled descendants are entitled to a lifetime pension.<\/p>\n

While widows under 50 years of age benefit from only two years of pension, while descendants with good academic performance are entitled to this subsidy until they reach 25 years of age.<\/p>\n
