Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The Government of the province of Bie\u0301 and the National School of Administration and Public Policies (ENAPP) signed, this Friday, in the city of Cuito, several agreements in the field of staff training.<\/b><\/p>\n

Signed as part of the dynamization of the State’s Local Administration bodies, the knowledge-sharing agreements essentially aim to give more quality to public services.<\/p>\n

The documents were signed by the administrator for the Training area of \u200b\u200bENAPP, E\u0301dmio Fla\u0301vio Macundy Fernando, the secretary general of the Government of Bie\u0301, Vicente Menezes da Rocha, the directors of the offices of Education, Amado Leonardo Andre\u0301, and of Health, Joa\u0303o Campos , as well as the administrators of the province’s nine municipalities.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, the administrator for the ENAPP Training area, E\u0301dmio Fernando, said that the agreements resulted from a strategy to boost the training of local State Administration bodies, to respond to the challenges of managing institutions and financial resources.<\/p>\n

In turn, Bie\u0301’s vice-governor for Technical Services and Infrastructure, Edgar Marcelino dos Santos Hila\u0301rio, called on administrators to respect the initialed agreements, with a view to making the process of training local staff functional.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 207\/20, of 3 August, ENAPP was established as the Single Recruiting Entity, responsible for managing the recruitment and selection processes of staff in the Central Administration of the State and Public Institutes.<\/p>\n

In the training field, ENAPP operates in the following areas: Central, Direct, Indirect, Local, Municipal Public Administration and in the domain of financial and State asset management, as well as on the preparation, execution and control of the General State Budget.<\/p>\n
