Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The general coordinator of the Association of Residents of Centralities and New Urban Centers of Angola (AMOCCUANG), Geovane Ramos, said in Luanda that the activity on moralizing society served to motivate Angolan youth to defend the values \u200b\u200band to act in a patriotic sense.<\/b><\/p>\n

During a meeting with association leaders, university professors and more than a hundred young people, the official said that the association had chosen renowned speakers with the aim of raising awareness among Angolan youth about the moralization of society.<\/p>\n

Geovane Ramos, quoted on Friday by the Angolan news agency (Angop), hopes that young people will reflect on issues related to social moralisation, in order to be aligned with the organisation’s objectives.<\/p>\n

For university professor Jandir Patroci\u0301nio, youth should reflect deeply on the various aspects related to the rescue of values, at a time when young people are facing different social problems, because with the round table on the moralization of society together they will create solutions for resolving these issues.<\/p>\n

Jandir Patroci\u0301nio was concerned about the excessive use of social networks, in a negative way, and the future of young people who are lost in drugs, drug use and acts of vandalism in demonstrations, when, he defended, they should prioritize investment and bet on entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

Regarding expectations, he reinforced the need for a change in mentality and a spirit of patriotism, because a young patriot is a hopeful individual, capable of fighting to solve his own problems.<\/p>\n

In turn, social activist Carlos Pedro congratulated the organization and said that it is a “magnificent idea”, as it is important to bring young people together to discuss issues related to values, ethics and morals.<\/p>\n

According to the activist, young people should reconcile the experiences of older people with the knowledge they acquire in academic and professional life, thus contributing to the development of society.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, the leader of the National Religious Youth Forum, Daniel Sebastia\u0303o, stressed that these meetings help to reflect on a profound vision around the loss of value of society and, consequently, encouraged the association to continue with its activities, taking the project to communities.<\/p>\n
