{"id":40103,"date":"2023-07-20T17:09:02","date_gmt":"2023-07-20T17:09:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/angola\/?p=40103"},"modified":"2023-07-20T17:23:51","modified_gmt":"2023-07-20T17:23:51","slug":"cofetral-highlights-nhakatolos-diplomacy-in-the-unification-of-the-kingdom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/angola\/all-news\/cofetral-highlights-nhakatolos-diplomacy-in-the-unification-of-the-kingdom","title":{"rendered":"COFETRAL highlights Nhakatolo&#8217;s diplomacy in the unification of the Kingdom"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Angola. <\/strong><\/span><b>The Luvale Traditional Festivities Committee (COFETRAL) highlighted, Tuesday, in Luena, the diplomatic capacity of Queen Nhakatolo Tchilombo in uniting and consolidating the kingdom.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In reaction to the death of the Sovereign, which took place last Saturday, this cultural institution highlights that Nhakatolo, through several tours carried out in the interior of the country and in the diaspora (Democratic Republic of Congo and Zambia), guided by conversations with various traditional authorities to resolve tribal conflicts in the region.<\/p>\n<p>According to the chairman of the Luvale Traditional Festivities Committee, Francisco Tchiwende, Nhakatolo knew how to coordinate and assure his people, due to his ease of communication, intervening in various cultural, political and social matters.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of his action, he highlighted the \u201crebirth\u201d of the Luvale Traditional Festivals, in 2010, a cultural ceremony of dance, music and demonstrations of habits and customs, which brings together thousands of people in Cazombo, a festival that has been paralyzed since the 60s, contributing in the preservation and transmission of cultural values.<\/p>\n<p>For the organization&#8217;s spokesperson, Salvador Cacoma, Queen Nhakatolo Tchilombo has always been at the side and in partnership with the State and the population, protecting the most vulnerable people.<\/p>\n<p>The historian and cultural researcher also explained that the size and acceptance of Nhakatolo were evidenced in the meetings and partnerships held with the government and other philanthropic organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Caiombo Decasse, a cultural researcher suggests carrying out an in-depth study of Nhakatolo&#8217;s reign.<\/p>\n<p>This is the third death that the province of Moxico has registered in the last two years, after the deaths of King Mwene Mbandu III (2021) and Mwene Mbandu IV (2022), both of the Mbunda empire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For More News And Analysis About <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/angola\">Angola<\/a> Follow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Angola.
