Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The Secretary of State for Justice, Evaristo Jose\u0301 Solano, defended, this Monday, the need for justice and human rights servants to prepare society for extrajudicial conflict resolution.<\/b><\/p>\n

The official, at the opening of the training program in extrajudicial dispute resolution aimed at technicians in the province of Bengo, said that it is important for the citizen to be informed, through programs to disseminate the rights that fit in the extrajudicial resolution package, in order to clarify the reason for the existence of the extrajudicial dispute resolution institution.<\/p>\n

Evaristo Jose\u0301 Solano said that the mediator, the arbitrator and the conciliator must equip themselves with scientific and technical knowledge to better serve the citizen.<\/p>\n

The continuous training of employees, according to Evaristo Solano, is one of the designs of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and this is one of many phases that must follow, related to service and the position of the employee towards the user .<\/p>\n

\u201cThere are many times that we deposit in the citizen what happens in our services all our personal, family, domestic and professional frustration.<\/p>\n

According to Evaristo Jose\u0301 Solano, extrajudicial dispute resolution means have been presented, more and more, as a powerful instrument to resolve conflicts related to available rights that arise in various areas of society, outside the courts, allowing the administration and realization of justice, as well as the effective protection of the law.<\/p>\n

The national director for extrajudicial dispute resolution, Anto\u0301nia Cruz Yaba, explained that the training will be given by national and foreign professionals from institutions that have signed protocols with the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.<\/p>\n

The director realized that the fundamental objective is to disseminate methods of out-of-court dispute resolution, but above all to provide technicians with tools from a technical, theoretical and practical point of view.<\/p>\n

The training program in extrajudicial dispute resolution runs until August 5, 2023, covering professionals from other provinces, to address matters related to conflict, analysis of conflict in the family, at work and in society, causes of conflicts, among other topics .<\/p>\n
