Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The board members of the National Association of Traditional Sovereignty of Angola (ANSTA) elected Friday, great soba Miguel Vingo as president of the provincial council of the institution in Ui\u0301ge.<\/b><\/p>\n

The chief chief of the municipality of Ui\u0301ge will be assisted by the first and second vice-presidents – Jose\u0301 Lui\u0301s and Joa\u0303o Gonc\u0327alves, respectively.<\/p>\n

Anto\u0301nio Miguel Panzo and Paiva Magos were elected to the positions of general secretary and treasurer, respectively.<\/p>\n

While King Manauta and Pedro Garcia were elected as president and secretary of the ANSTA assembly.<\/p>\n

In his speech, the president of the ANSTA provincial council in Ui\u0301ge, Miguel Vingo, who has been active for over 20 years, promised better organization of the class.<\/p>\n

At the opening, the assistant administrator of Ui\u0301ge, Gomes Costa, considered the event important, having justified that it aims to preserve the traditional values \u200b\u200bof the old and new generation.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, the official lamented the loss of many habits and customs.<\/p>\n

As a result, he appealed to the traditional authorities to develop actions that promote the region’s cultural values.<\/p>\n

The president of the national council of ANSTA, sovereign Miguel Filipe, wants to speed up the processes of provincial assemblies, an initiative that aims to start the registration process to know the number of existing sobas, as well as to end the supposed sobas.<\/p>\n

Accordingly, he reiterated the need to continue working to rescue cultural values, through the implementation of policies for the recognition of forgotten kingdoms and sub-kingdoms.<\/p>\n

Created on May 20, 2022, ANSTA promotes the national unity of traditional power and the resolution of conflicts within the country’s traditional authorities.<\/p>\n
