Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The National Basketball Team will participate from the 4th to the 7th of this month in an international tournament in Jordan, as part of the preparation for the World Cup, from August 25th to September 10th, in the Philippines, Indonesia and Japan.<\/b><\/p>\n

After the internship in Spain, the men’s senior national team continues its preparation for the King’s Cup XI, with the participation, in addition to Angola, of Jordan, Portugal and Mexico.<\/p>\n

The Jordanian Basketball Federation has a long tradition of hosting the King’s Cup, which hosts national teams from around the world.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, in Spain, the Angolan five beat Venezuela, by 66-61, in the first control game.<\/p>\n

Pepe Claro\u0301s’ pupils would have one more test against Argentina and another with Spain, but the three respective federations did not reach an agreement.<\/p>\n

In the FIBA \u200b\u200bWorld Cup, organized by the Philippines, Japan and Indonesia, the African champions are in group A, with the Dominican Republic, Philippines and Italy.<\/p>\n
