Africa-Press – Angola. <\/strong><\/span>The senior women’s football tournament in the province of Luanda, called Ta\u00e7a S\u00edlvia Cabral, will be played today from 8:00 a.m., with games referring to the second and first rounds of the A and B series, on the Nicola Berardineli and “Quintal\u00e3o” fields of Sao Paulo.<\/b><\/p>\n

After the 1-1 draw, in the previous round of Group A, against Gabriela FC, 1\u00ba de Agosto met, at 8:00 am, against Malu FC, at Nicola Berardineli, in the premises of the Armed Forces Headquarters (former -RI-20)<\/p>\n

For the same series, and in the same venue, Gabriela FC, leader of the league table, with three points, faces, at 10:00 am, Nova Gera\u00e7\u00e3o (4th\/00).<\/p>\n

In the last round, Nova Gera\u00e7\u00e3o was thrashed by RSD Guelson FC, by 0-3, at Nicola Berardineli.<\/p>\n

For the opening round of S\u00e9rie B, the Futuro do Amanh\u00e3 team will face Sol Nascente at 8:00 am, in the large field of “Quintal\u00e3o” in S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n

To conclude the day and on the same field, at 10:00 am, Le\u00e3o Sport Clube (school of the former national football legend, Napole\u00e3o Brand\u00e3o) will face the On\u00e7as de Viana.<\/p>\n

The On\u00e7as de Viana replaced the Progresso Sambizanga team, which withdrew from the competition due to financial difficulties, according to a source from the Luanda Provincial Football Association (APFL).<\/p>\n

The tournament is being played in the all-against-all system, with the top two in each series qualifying for the semi-finals.<\/p>\n

The semi-final matches, which will pit the first ranked of Group A against the second of B, and the 1st B against the 2nd A, will be played on the 2nd of April, at the Nicola Berardineli venue.<\/p>\n

The S\u00edlvia Cabral Cup final match was scheduled for April 9, at 10:00 am, at the same location as the semi-finals.<\/p>\n
